In the open-air museum Ballenberg, Switzerland is just as it was a few hundred years ago. Over 100 original, century old buildings from all over Switzerland can be visited. But also demonstrations of traditional craftsmanship, such as wood carving, forging, pottery making or making cheese can be observed live. Various events and around 250 farm animals create a vivid impression of the past in rural Ballenberg. For young and old, a visit to the Ballenberg is an unforgettable experience.
