At Interlaken Ost, there are parking facilities available for visitors traveling by car to begin their journey to Jungfraujoch. These facilities offer convenience and secure parking options, ensuring a smooth start to your adventure.
The Jungfraujoch is open to visitors every day. However, specific attractions and facilities within the region, such as the Jungfraujoch railway and other mountain-related activities, may have varying schedules and operating hours depending on the season.
All you need for your booking is internet access. Put your mountain railway ticket, your skipass or a package in the shopping cart. You then pay conveniently & securely with a credit card and print* your travel documents at home. Travel directly to your destination.
*The mountain railway ticket can be presented as a mobile ticket on your smartphone without a printout.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe is one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe. As individual travellers and small groups, you can book your seats for the journey from Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch –Top of Europe and back.
If you do not make a reservation, we cannot guarantee you a seat at the desired departure time. Longer waiting times must be expected.

For the journey by wheelchair to the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, it is strongly recommended to use the tricable gondola Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal (via Eigergletscher station). If travelling via Kleine Scheidegg, transport cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Pre-booking is essential for groups of 3 or more people in wheelchairs or for the journey via Kleine Scheidegg. A seat reservation is not necessary. Please inform the ticket office clerk at the departure station about the journey so that any assistance can be provided. The Jungfraujoch is wheelchair accessible. The entrance to the Ice Palace is equipped with a wheelchair stair lift.
Children up to 5 years of age always travel free of charge. Children aged 6 to 15 either travel free with the Junior Card or Children’s Travelpass, or pay CHF 20.-
With the Wengernalp Railway via Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen:
The journey from Grindelwald takes 1 hour 26 minutes there and 1 hour 26 minutes back. We recommend at least 5–6 hours to allow a reasonable amount of time on the Jungfraujoch.
From Grindelwald Terminal with the Eiger Express:
The journey from Grindelwald Terminal takes 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back.
We recommend at least 3.5–4.5 hours to allow a reasonable amount of time on the Jungfraujoch.
